Puffed cucumber salad, shrimp and corn

Ingredients

• 1 egg;
• 1 cucumber;
• 1 carrot;
• 2 avocados;
• several salad leaves;
• 150 g of canned corn;
• 100 g of boiled shrimps;
• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
• 1 tablespoon of ketchup.
  
  

Preparation

Boil the egg hard, chill with water and clean. Cut the egg and cucumber into cubes. Rub carrots on grater. Large cut lettuce leaves.

Put the ingredients in a transparent container in layers in such a sequence: lettuce leaves, corn, carrots, cucumber, egg and peeled shrimps. Mix mayonnaise and ketchup and pour this dressing salad.
