Your writing is excellent, I am happy to know that you have followed the ‘active retrieval’ method, I believe that you have achieved success by following this method. You also said that due to your ADHD, your mind gets distracted easily, your attention is lost, but you have used visual aids or visual materials which have been more beneficial for you.
