Do you think it's fair?

Hello fellow steemians.

I work at walmart currently and I work as a IMS (Inventory Management Specialist)

I ensure everything in the store is accounted for and that we are not missing merchandise or getting charged for non existing merchandise.

So lately after hurricane irma it's been hectic. We've been receiving lots of stock and overnight hasnt been able to turn the pallets to stock.

It's been going on like that for a while. I havent been able to do my own job because Ive been busy finishing up overnights work to the point that i have to clock out. Process repeated everyday.

So the reason i am typing this is... is it fair that my management tells me that I am not doing my own work...that i am falling behind when my fellow associates who are also the same title as me know what i am explainging and so is my dept manager.

So i am being removed from the IMS to be put as a regular sales associate. (pay isnt diff) I feel like they rather avoid the issues from overnight and punish others. 

People call out,dont show up or do half ass jobs on nights. I have to pick up after them and what is supposed to be overstock isnt.

 Been brought up to management many times but nothing is said or done. 

I do my best everyday to get stuff done but when you cant because you have to finish others work... it's just ridiculous for being blamed for not doing your own work.
