As to your first question I think it highlights a flaw in the system. The majority of people who sign up (the "users") do so because of the money incentive. Altho curation is a thing, I'd say the majority of those who sign up are going to try to make money more directly as creators. Anyone left (the "lurkers") is not going to bother signing up for the service. Why? Why sign up if you only want to read the posts? (and if Steemit required signup in order to read posts they would just say fuck it and go elsewhere). We know these lurkers are the majority on the rest of the net so I imagine they are here too. Future forks of Steem should try to address this. Even if they can't figure out a way for us to be paid for these lurker views, I'm like a way to see their traffic to our posts.
These are literally great clicks, and your selfie will push others to think how you took that selfie when you hold that camera front of your face and it's really awesome selfie and the position of the camera is great, and in second picture about the child, and in my opinion this is really awesome and creative saloon where children will enjoy on that car seat, because children most of the time cry while when they adviced for haircut but this saloon can attract them, and the picture of Bank is literally reflecting as building created with using the gems because it have great shine.
