We have delegated something to smartsteem and somenthing to UA-Steem authority which we think they are not bots, but human service. Unfortunately UA-Steem authority is giving the only external chat service this fucking bull shit of discord, after i installed my windows 10 crashed sistematically with iced screen, i hope they will implent Telegram as well
How is smartsteem not a bot service?
I just know them from their bot service and have not looked what they have to offer for quite a while so maybe it developed
I run discord under windows 10 as well without any problems
