I actually just got asked about this in a job interview the other day -- I said planning was one of the biggest areas of improvement for my team. I work remotely and it's literally ALL about planning.
Bullshit!...my father planned all for his retirement...it's all crap..
I been planning for the last 20 yrs,so I won't be like him...all crap..
So planning works in the same shit way like crypto pro'shits talkd last year..No one knows crap, sometimes we just get lucky!
