Self Love

It is easy to say that we love ourselves, but do we really? Read on.

SELF LOVE is HEALING, SURRENDERING, ACKNOWLEDGING, AND HONOURING.

THERE’S A LOT MORE TO THIS CONCEPT THAN SELF MOTIVATION. It is not limited to pep talk. Self love is definitely NOT NARCISSISTIC.

Self love is the shortest path to enlightenment.
Self love is not limited to accepting the parts of yourself which you find good and pleasing. Self love does not sugar coat. It is not limited to pep talking yourself or self motivation.

Self love starts with a decision to be conciously aware of all the aspects of yourself — the good, the bad, and the ugly (based on your perception).

This method also includes choosing to be aware of your own wounds, traumas, and pains and to conciously seek for healing.

Self love promotes authenticity to your own needs, desires, and aspirations. It promotes authenticity whether it is supported or not by any external factors such as culture, society, dogmas, media and other people.

Self love serves your highest good. It is an inner knowing that is a vibrational match to the Source. Self love can only be cultivated from within.

Self love has your best interests at heart. It helps you avoid enmeshments and fake realities.

Self love is acknowleding and discovering your inner strengths, your own truths without being told, your divinity, and is boundless and timeless.

Self love is you inner most being. IT IS YOUR TRUEST SENSE OF SELF AND REPULSION OF ANYONE ELSE DECIDING WHO YOU ARE.
It heals your own wounds.

And now you wonder, why is there so many transactional relationships, intermittent relationships, and “image-based” relationships?

These enmeshments are caused by the lack of Self-Love.

First, we love God/Creator. Then, we love ourselves in order to love others without enmeshments. You can’t just share what you don’t have.
