I was chain smoker since 3 years and it was killing me everyday, let me tell how I quit.
Everyone is scare to die i might act every cool and bad boy lets be honest we all are scared.
So it was 1 year back my uncle deceased and of course the reason smoking so i was like that could be me and thats how i setup my mind to quit i google i was so many videos to quit and here are some tips but remember quitting smoking can be a challenging process, but it is possible with the right strategies and support and it's okay to make mistakes along the way. Don't give up if you slip up or have a relapse. Just refocus on your goal and keep moving forward.
