Which is better, buying an apartment/house or renting them?

To every rational person, buying a home is the best option. Nonetheless, the better option between the two would be dependent on various factors.

1. Buying a house would be better if the rate of Return on Investment (ROI) is reasonable. When you buy a house with the price potentially rising in the near future it could be a wise decision as you get to save more and could even rent out part of it if you the whole house will be too big.

2. Buying a house is better if compared to paying house rent and the cost of rent in the long run, it is cheaper or more economical.

If either of these factors are the other way round, buying a house you not be wise HOWEVER, putting reality into check, Housing is a beaming sector. It's value appreciates with every passing day due to its increased demand as a a result of increasing population.

Apart from these, the absence of having to pay rent to any landlord is a motivating as well as the comfort and privacy you will get from buying your own house.

So, if there were the only two options left, I'd advise buying a house.
