Andrew Basiago seems, in many respects, a credible person. He's a practising lawyer who ran for US president. He also believe that the US has been teleporting humans to Mars for decades.
I really have no idea on this one. But what years of conspiracy research have taught me is that any level of deception is acceptable and indeed enjoyable to the elites. Consequently nothing should be discarded based purely on how unlikely it seems to you. Only if your mind is fully open are you thinking clearly.
So, as regards astronauts and Mars, I'm going to wait and see...

The oddness with the photos; consider, we can tell what color of hat a person is wearing from orbit, yet, the resolution on most mars images are poor.
