Talk Yourself Into Greatness

Your words are potent. Running through your mind incessantly enforcing whatever tracks you have laid in your brain. They spew out your mouth with minimal actual care for it's surrounding, often sabotaging the actual desires of your soul.

So stop it!

While those tracks have been cemented in upstairs - do yourself a favor and pick up a jackhammer.

Your mindsets are malleable, and while they often run out of control - believe it or not it, still have to yield to you.

Take Fatherhood - if your a #dadlife - then you probably remember the hospital when that kid came screaming into the scene. You beheld the aw of this new life, and have rhetorically been asking God everyday since, "what the hell was God thinking putting me in charge of this life..."

Go back to that earliest moment of rejection in elementary or in your house when you were rejected by a friend or parent...

Maybe that relationship when that significant other dropped you for whatever...

All these memories are built on these tracks of thinking in our brain - telling us we are _______, we will never be _________, no body will ever think __________ about you.

These thoughts do deeper and deeper into our brains impacting how we think, grid the earth, more importantly see ourselves.

Do yourself a favor and stop it. You do actually have the power to show up to day and take a sledgehammer to these destructive train tracks.

They are destructive...its just been going on so long your normal may be destructive
