Punk Women!

I've always been partial to women vocalists in punk bands. There aren't that many so I was stoked to come across three bands today that I'd never heard of each fronted by strong female singers.

For Fuck Sake

play solid straight ahead snotty hardcore punk rock. Fast, abrasive, I know nothing about them but like them enough to know I will research them further.

Sacrilege

Considering this band began in 1984 I was a little surprised i'd never heard of them. Driving mid-tempo crossover thrash.

Special Victims Unit

Really like this!! The rasp in her voice gives me shivers. Traces of psychobilly and ska, cool time changes, this is great punk rock!
