BNDES usará blockchain por mais transparência

Com a imagem comprometida pelo uso político na liberação de empréstimos do banco, o BNDES está buscando uma alternativa para tornar suas operações mais transparentes e confiáveis.

Para isso, nada melhor do que a tecnologia da blockchain, que permite o acompanhamento em tempo real de todas as transações.

Apesar de alguns veículos da mídia terem anunciado que o BNDES teria sua própria moeda digital, não é esta a ideia do banco. O BNDES Token será apenas uma representação e será equivalente ao real apenas para acompanhamento.

A blockchain escolhida foi a rede Ethereum e o token será um contrato ERC20. Para utilizá-lo, os clientes e fornecedores terão que criar uma contas na rede Ethereum e associar a contas ao seu CNPJ utilizando um certificado digital padrão ICP-Brasil.
