Habit runs like a chain reaction within us.
It starts gradually but then it expands thereby becoming a challenge to breaking free from it.
But you don't have to give give up because that's why I'm here.

Doing away with some habits are really challenging but with determination and exercising self control it can eventually be Conquered.

I agree with you @preshey.

The determination is what everyone needs to look for otherwise we will keep going in cycles.
