It has been an interesting moment to motivate friends, colleague, and bosses on the areas of inversion. I will end this series with the ways by which we can all utilize inversion in our day to day activities. A little knowledge was shared in my previous post, The Curiosity In Negative Thought

Let's look at the ways;

• Inversion On Project Management

Have you heard about Failure Premortem? It is one of application of inversion and its follow a premeditation of evils for the latter-day company.

See how the theory works:

Let me say you have an important project you are working on, can you look forward into the future like 8months from now and picture it that the project has failed.

Can you share the story of what went wrong or what you feel is the major mistakes you make? What I mean is this, meditate on your project idea and ask yourself a question What can I do to cause this to go horribly wrong?

The process I just shared above sometimes called Kill The Company. The way we call it to kill the company can be traced down to the understanding derived from that little illustration which reveals to me that the exercise carried out above is to spell out the exact ways the company could fail and this is called Premeditation of Evils in simple terms. The simple truth is that the process identifies challenges and mark out the failure so that you can develop a plan to guide against them before it happened.

• Inversion On Productivity

Its occurred to me that many of us are trying to get the thing done in less time. Inversion on productivity is simple, you can derive this by simple ask this little question, oh! I have too much work in less time if I decrease my focus would that work? will I end up been distracted? if you have answers to this two questions this can aid the discovery of interruptions you need to eliminate in order to free up more time and energy every day.
This little point highlighted is safer and effective than chasing after success. Let me show you another example, due to the nature of your work/task, you took some drug to make you stronger and productive, oh yes! this may work but you will agree with me there is a side effect attached to this act.

However, there are some activities you can apply inversion on which will attack it from a different angle and with less risk. You are someone that loves watching television for over 5 hours who said you cant unplug your television and stay focus on the task ahead of you. When you drug yourself to finish up a task or you unplug television to save more time on the task execution both process or action will deal with the problem but inversion like I said earlier tackle this from a different angle and with very low risk.

When a man is blindly chasing success, it can cause severe consequences but preventing failure usually carries very little risk.

• Inversion On Relationships

For those of us planning for marriage or in marriage need to figure this out. What can I do to ruin/destroy my relationship? Do you see a lack of trust? You see a lack of respect? Or you have no time for your relationship? Do you consider having open communication about money and spending habit as a challenge? When you **Invert it will show you how to avoid a bad relationship.

• Inversion On Personal Finance

I know all of us to want to make money but do we think about what can ruin our financial health? That's the inverting aspect of our personal finance.

Many of us spend more than we earn and this is a quick path to financial failure. The mathematics can never work for your over time no matter how much you have. Again, there are many of us that have debt around our neck, this is a hair on fire which needs to be resolved as quick as possible.

I will say to you, friends, before you think of how the money will come or how to make money try and mark out how to not to lose money. if you are successful is a mark out that part, you will be far ahead of many colleagues of yours and save yourself a lot of pain along the way of making cool money.

In conclusion, thinking opposite can save your future from failing, though it seems obvious to start thinking about the opposite of what you want in life but in reality when you know this process (inversion) treat your decisions like a court of law but again it creates a platform of defense from making up your mind after your first conclusion.
