Have you noticed how many judgments about others you have?
Did you know that the part of you that is doing the judging is your blind spot?

Sometimes, we get thought attacks that are very judging towards others. Suppressing doesn’t work, positive thinking doesn’t work and there is nowhere to run.

Having judgments about others and what is ‘wrong’ in the world can be extremely uncomfortable so we try to think positive thoughts instead. But sometimes those judgments just don’t stop so we blame others and trying to change them, hoping it will make us feel better (and create more just world).
However, have you noticed that you only have strong judgments about some things and not others? About some people and not others? That’s because there is something to be discovered for yourself if you turn your attention inwards and listen where your judgments come from!
