Karma is not the Problem
In response to a question about karma and the mind, Sadhguru reminds us that spiritual process should not be an academic subject, but an experiential longing to know. Drop any esoteric ideas of karma, he says, as karma or memory is not the problem. The real problem is that we lack the discretion to pick what we want when we want.

He's got a point (or rather several). This is about modulating what you focus on, what you choose to pay attention to and what you'd rather ignore, and then making that second-nature.
Karma is actually very easy to manipulate provided you've the right mental configuration.

Also, I think the primary tag for this ought to have been 'spirituality', and not 'psychology', as this delves more into matters of the mind and esoteric sciences, not the function of the brain and its shaping of the behaviour of the individual.

Ah, I see. I almost made a similar mistake with my introductory post. Luckily I got some last minute tips, one of which was the importance of the first tag, and how important it is for the tag to be relevant to the post itself, as well as adding the 'introduceyourself' tag first for that particular post.
