What comes first? Motivation or Action?

Many of us believe that a person must first be motivated to a thing before he can do it, Others believe that the act of doing creates the motivation to continue doing. 

If we wait for motivation to take an action the result will be nothing, if we take an action without any motivation the result will not be satisfactory " very confusing" 😐 let's set some hypothesis!

-  If you have already motivation and you have the will to act " This is great" 👍

-  If you have no motivation but you can take an action in a hope that action will create motivation to continue what you started " This is also good"

- If you have No motivation and can't take action " this is the problem" so you should seek a motivation or take an action.

Ask first where does Action come from?

We receive signals from our senses. These go to the Thalamus (a sort of traffic controller) in the brain, which transfers the message, hopefully to the Cortex (rational part of the brain) or the Amydala (the emotional part).Our actions will then be either rational or emotional. Motivation can come from a positive emotion to do something we like doing. Unfortunately there are many things we don’t like doing, should be doing or would like to do but seem too tedious. There is a subject called Autogenics or self motivation. .....

Definition: heightened mental awareness and deep physical relaxation to successfully reprogramme our minds for goal achievement in any aspect of our lives.It's an amalgam of self-hypnosis and meditation.The former, a distraction of the concious mind to allow the subconcious mind to come forward and be reprogrammed positively. The latter,an expansion of the conscious mind where we eliminate unwanted, parasite thoughts and retake control to undertake what the rational mind decides. We can thus ‘motivate’ ourselves.
