¡Saludos a todos los lectores del día de hoy! Nos complace anunciar que luego de algunos análisis exhaustivos de las actividades que veníamos realizando y unas buenas lluvias de ideas... ¡ESTAMOS DE VUELTA!
El Proyecto SWIM reanuda actividades en este año 2019 pero con algunos cambios en la estructuración de la idea, anexándole además nuevas estrategias para financiar el proyecto, pero eso lo hablaremos más adelante en esta publicación.

Greetings to all the readers that we have today! We're really happy to announce that after some exhaustive analyzes of the activities we've been doing and a good brainstorming period... WE ARE BACK!
The SWIM Project is ready to start the activities in 2019 with some changes in the structure of the idea, also adding new strategies to finance the project, but we'll talk about it later in this post.
¿Qué trae SWIM para el año 2019? / What does SWIM bring for 2019?
Este año hay muchas cosas que han cambiado en la STEEM Blockchain; entre ellas el hecho de que hay dos DApps (Aplicaciones Descentralizadas) que están dando mucho de qué hablar y han evolucionado hasta el punto de volverse fuentes de ingreso muy buenos.
Uno para creadores de contenido como @dtube, y el otro para gamers (y no tan gamers) como @steemmonsters. Por lo que hemos decidido adaptar el proyecto a estas DApps y sacarle provecho para el crecimiento de nuestro proyecto (y gran familia).
Ahora, para enfatizar, conozcamos el RoadMap del proyecto SWIM para este año 2019:
Paso 1: Reinicio y evolución de mentorías en el Servidor de Discord.
Paso 2: Incursión en la DApp @dtube para generar ingresos para el proyecto.
Paso 3: Incursión en la DApp @steemmonsters para generar ingresos para el proyecto.
Paso 4: Evolucionar la comunidad Gamer de SWIM.
Ahora, conociendo el RoadMap, vamos a detallar cada punto establecido para que se entiendan las ideas de la estrategia para este 2019.
This year many things have changed in the STEEM Blockchain; among them, the fact that there are two DApps (Decentralized Applications) that are giving much to talk about and have evolved to the point of becoming very good sources of income.
One for content creators like @dtube, and the other for gamers (and not so much gamers) as @steemmonsters. So we've decided to adapt the project to these DApps and take advantage of the growth of our project (and our big family).
Now, to emphasize, let's get to know the RoadMap of the SWIM project for 2019:
Step 1: Restart and evolution of all our mentoring in the Discord Server
Step 2: Our beggining into the @dtube World to generate revenue for the project.
Step 3: Our beggining into the game DApp called @steemmonsters to generate revenue for the project.
Step 4: Evolve the Gamer community within the project.
Now, knowing the RoadMap, we'll detail each point so that the ideas of the strategy for this 2019 are understood.
Paso 1: Evolución de las mentorías / Step 1: Mentoring evolution
Muchas mentorías el año pasado fueron un éxito rotundo, estas eran con mentores de alta calidad y se les otorgaba una compensación de 1 STEEM por cada hora de mentoría que tuvieran.
Por cuestiones de falta de presupuesto, tuvimos que suspender las mentorías, sin embargo, luego de contactar a dos personas del proyecto que tenían las mentorías más exitosas, decidieron apoyarnos al tomar la decisión de hacer su trabajo sin cobrar absolutamente nada.
Todo con el fin de seguir brindando buenos conocimientos.
Por lo que ahora las mentorías van a cambiar de la siguiente manera:
Se eliminarán las mentorías de los días Sábado y día Viernes por los momentos.
Se eliminará El Luau por los momentos por no tener presupuesto para realizar las actividades con sus respectivas recompensas.
Prevalecerán las Mentorías Generales, las Mentorías de Curación y el programa Noti-Geek.
Se dictará una nueva mentoría para los jugadores de Steem Monsters para discutir estrategias y hablar sobre la utilidad de las cartas y la evolución de las temporadas.
Many mentorships last year were a huge success, all these mentoring in the project was given by high quality mentors and they were awarded with 1 STEEM for each hour of mentoring they had.
For lack of budget, we had to suspend the mentoring, however, after contacting two people from the project who had the most successful mentorships, they decided to support us by making the decision to do their work without earning anything at all.
All in order to continue providing good knowledge.
So now mentorships are going to change as follows:
The mentoring of the days Saturday and Friday will be eliminated for the time being.
El Luau will be eliminated for the time being because there's no budget to carry out the activities with their respective rewards.
The General Mentoring, the Curation Mentoring and the Noti-Geek program will stay on SWIM.
A new mentoring has arrived, that's the Steem Monsters Mentoring! We want all the SM players to discuss strategies and discuss the use of the cards and the evolution of the seasons.
Paso 2: Incursión en @dtube / Step2: Starting activities in @dtube
El mundo de los Dtubers está cada vez más "en voga", pues muchas personas han dedicado sus perfiles a crear contenido para esta plataforma.
Nuestro creador @ilazramusic es el vivo ejemplo de ello, entre sus vídeos de incursión en este mundo fue votado 2 veces por @dtube, y ese voto significa una ganancia de casi 30 Steems dividido entre el Steem Power, las Recompensas de Curación y las Recompensas de Autor.
La idea es la siguiente: En cada mentoría/programa dictado en el Servidor de Discord de SWIM, se grabarán las clases con el programa OBS, para posteriormente ser subidas al perfil de Dtube del proyecto.
Esto puede darnos dos cosas interesantes:
1.- Apoyo de @dtube, lo que significaría unas buenas ganancias para el proyecto.
2.- Más seguidores y personas interesadas en el proyecto: Porque no hay mejor manera de demostrar lo que hacemos que en un vídeo, así las personas están al tanto de cómo son las mentorías y se motivan a unirse a nuestra familia.
Simplemente es una idea bastante genial.
The world of Dtubers is increasing a lot in a daily basis, as many people have dedicated their profiles to create content for this platform.
Our creator @ilazramusic is the living example of this, among his videos in this world he was voted 2 times by @dtube, and that vote means a profit of almost 30 Steems divided between Steem Power, Curation Rewards and Author Rewards.
The idea is the following: In each mentoring/program dictated in the Discord Server of SWIM, the classes will be recorded with the OBS program, to be later uploaded to the Dtube profile of the project.
This can give us two interesting things:
1.- Support from @dtube, which would mean good profits for the project.
2.- More followers and people interested in the project: Because there's no better way to demonstrate what we do than in a video, so people are aware of what our mentoring is like and are motivated to join to our family.
It's just a pretty cool idea.
Paso 3: Incursión en @steemmonsters / Step 3: Starting to play in @steemmonsters
Todos sabemos que @steemmonsters es un juego que cada día está creciendo de manera exponencial, tanto en inversores como en jugadores y demás. Actualmente es una de las DApps más utilizadas dentro de la Steem Blockchain y no es para menos, pues no solo es un juego muy atractivo, sino que además, es una oportunidad de crecimiento e inversión épica para el proyecto.
La idea es ahorrar los 10$ del Starter Pack (que actualmente son unos 40 STEEMS en redondeo) para comenzar a jugar con la cuenta del proyecto (@swimproject), realizar la misión diaria, vender algunas cartas sobrantes y hacer Power Up con las ganancias obtenidas en el juego.
Eso nos asegura que el proyecto crecerá a la par de lo que crecerá este gran juego que está en su pleno apogeo de vida y así cumplimos con nuestra labor de apoyar a la Steem Blockchain y todos los que han depositado su confianza en ello.
We all know that @steemmonsters is a game that is growing exponentially every day, both in investors and players and others. Currently it's one of the most used DApps within the Steem Blockchain and it's not for less, because not only it's a very attractive game, but also, it's an opportunity to growth a lot and have a huge investment for the project.
The idea is to save the $10 to buy the Starter Pack (which is currently about 40 STEEMS today) to start playing with the project account (@swimproject), perform the daily mission, sell some cards and do Power Up with the earnings obtained in the game.
That assures us that the project will grow at the same time that this great game that is just starting in their successful path, so we fulfill our work of supporting the Steem Blockchain and all those who have placed their trust in it.
Paso 4: Evolución de nuestra comunidad Gamer / Step 4: Evolution in our Gaming community
Luego de la llegada del programa Noti-Geek, decidimos crear una "sub-comunidad" dentro de SWIM, esta se encuentra en un canal privado dentro del Servidor de Discord llamado "rincón-gamer".
En esta sala se encuentran las personas dentro del proyecto que tienen mucha pasión por los videojuegos y el mundo "geek".
Hemos realizado partidas de League Of Legends juntos, muchos de ellos se han unido a @steemmonsters y demás, por lo que se nos ocurrió la idea de darle un poco más de protagonismo a nuestros gamers.
Estamos actualmente diseñando ideas para algunos torneos y recompensas especiales por jugar videojuegos en común, posiblemente se abra un Guild de Steem Monsters y demás ideas locas que se nos vayan ocurriendo, queremos anunciarlo porque será nuestra próxima labor a corto-mediano plazo.
After the arrival of the Noti-Geek program, we decided to create a "sub-community" within SWIM, this is on a private channel within the Discord Server called "rincón-gamer" (gamer-corner).
In this room are the people within the project who have a lot of passion for video games and the "geek" world.
We've done games of League Of Legends together, many of them have joined @steemmonsters and so on, so we came up with the idea of ??giving a bit more prominence to our gamers.
We are currently designing ideas for some tournaments and special rewards for playing video games in common, possibly opening a Steem Monsters Guild and other crazy ideas that are happening to us, we want to announce it because it will be our next job in the short-medium term.
