Following on from our recent announcement to launch #promo-steem, a Global Marketing and Promotions Initiative for the Marketing and Promotion of STEEM and STEEMIT globally, I am please to present Part 2 of the Proposal - FUNDING & INVESTMENT (Micro Loans).

Funding an Idea
We all know that rolling out a promotional idea can be frustrating if you have a great idea but are simply lacking the funds and support.
As #promo-uk begins to build up in the U.K. we are now proposing to leverage the model and roll it out across other Countries to anyone who has an idea but are simply lacking the funds and support.
I have been working very closely with Matt @Starkerz on #promo-uk and we both feel that even though we have a lot more work to do in the U.K. on the initiative, we now have the basic foundations and building blocks to help others roll out their own promotional initiatives in their own Country.
MICRO LOANS
Our proposal is to offer Interest Free Micro Loans to help kick start local Marketing and Promotional Initiatives that will be funded in liquid STEEM to be drawn down in a local currency for purchasing promotional material locally.
This STEEM will be loaned out Interest Free, following the approval of "pitch" for funds.
As well as Interest Free Micro Loans, we also propose to dispatch and send out Promotional Merchandise to assist in the Marketing and Promotional Initiatives if required.
Effectively we propose to offer Liquid Steem and Promotional Merchandise on Interest Free Loans.
METHODOLOGY and APPLICATION
The Methodology and Application of a "How to Make a Pitch" will be shared with you soon in Part 3, and after that we will wrap up the Proposal in Part 4 - SUMMARY.
PROMOTIONAL MERCHANDISE
Currently we have over 240 Printed T-Shirts in stock, together with Caps, Pens, Mugs and Flyers and this stock is ready and available for distribution.

Over the next few days we will publish Part 3 - METHODOLOGY and APPLICATION and will wrap up the proposal in Part 4 - SUMMARY.

Thank you. The idea is that everything will be on the Blockchain and transparent for everyone to see. If someone has an idea that they want to pitch we all see it. If the #promo-steem Team agrees with their proposal we lend them the funds to kick start it. The Loan agreement is on the Blockchain and again fully transparent. When the user then rolls out the initiative we all get to see how well they are doing and the sums they generate. Paying back the interest free loan will be made from the rewards generated and any defaults will be seen clearly by everyone in the Community should they decide not to pay the loan back. Over to you Matt. Can you look at including the detail how each pitch is standardised in Part 3 - Methodology and Application and then anything missed off can be addressed in Part 4 - Summary. If we can get Part 3 out over the next few days we should be able to wrap everything up by the end of the week and then put out a Blog next week asking for the first proposals. It would be great if we could make our first #promo-steem loan by the End of August..!! Stephen

An excellent plan Sir @stephenkendal, this is definitely very helpful to all of us, I personally strongly support the idea of you and your colleagues in the UK, I am very sure your idea like this would be so easily accepted by everyone especially steemit who are already using this account, so the forward currency steem and steemit already illiquid without having to convert to bitcoin beforehand. Great initiative. As people round the world pitch for the loans it should generate a whole raft of different promo ideas that can be shared round.
It should produce a global steemhive of promotional ideas.
