The Importance of Group Meetings as a Steemit Community

There are many communities within the steemit it community, look at it like a continent with countries within it. In this case however there is not map for easy navigation in you travels hence on may be on the platform for a long time but may never have heard of a community meanwhile the commnunity happens to be patronizers of a talent he has that he can be emphasized and well showcased to the steemit community on a larger scale. It is because of this that i have decided that i want to make a compilation of all the communities on the platform that i know so that i can make it know to others for them to also exhibit their talents to the communitys.

Anyway, my main focus for today's post is to talk about why these communities on the steemit platform shouldhave meetups very often. First and foremost there is the need to develop stronger bonds as steemians, despite the fact that we grow from aquaintances to friends in our daily interactions of the platform, meeting together and seeing each others faces brings us more closer together. One can finally put a face to the names they see on the platform. Aside that it serves as a time for opportunities, in this sense i mean bussiness oriented opportunities, let take for instance in the immediate past Steemchurch Ghana (@sc-g) meetup i got to learn of lots of investment opportunities within my locality that i make use of to help improve my financial standing, again through this meeting i got to learn of @bankplethora which is a reputable community on the steemit platform where one can save money and make interest on their steem.

It is for this reason i was really excited when i learnt of #steemfest, a greater community meetup for the whole platform where we get to meet our friends on steemit, have fun and also learn in addition. So in conclusion i would like to admonish all the communities on the platform to have regular meetups, it helps alot.
