Intro
Our reports provide an oversight to the community to how Promo-Mentors is distributing its post rewards and votes. In this report you will also find other information about the events and work done in the Promo-Mentors community.
In today's report you will find the following:
- Details about the workshops our mentors make available for our members
- Outgoing votes to community members
- Rewards for finding promising Steemians
- Allocation of the account funds
Weekly our mentors hold workshops and feedback sessions for our community members. These sessions are for everybody and a member can receive specific feedback for a subject or general feedback. Below you will find the details. This is for Workshop Happened on Week 26 July 02 - July 08

These are all the votes we have given out this week. All of the votes are given out mannually and about 95% are given to people who are members of Promo-Mentors Discord channel.
The votes are given to:
- Quality content creators and projects
- To newcomers for encouragement (if they show engagement within the community)
- Winners of our community events
- Our team members for the work (about 1 vote for each 2 hours spend)

Our team is actively looking for people with promising initiatives. Once they are chosen, they will have an access to our Review Room for a limited time. Depending on the quality of the work of the proposed Steemian they will grant access to link their post in our review room for a certain time (between 2 and 8 weeks). Everybody including non-team members who help us find these people will receive a finders bounty. For week 26 we do not have any chosen Steemian to have access to the review room.
