Communication is the channel to express our ideas and opinions, and it must be done in a healthy environment, since when control is lost it is better to wait a moment to resume it. The important thing is to reach a middle ground where all parties are in complete agreement without leaving anything to the imagination because that can generate even more differences.

That's right, "a neutral point" where both sides sedate each other but also respect each other's point of view.
