is not available neither in small cities nor in countries dominated by socialist governments because more access to technology gives more access to information and education, we must remember that if people can educate themselves the states lose control and ideological force, it is a reality that soon with the arrival of 5g technology the countries that are developed will increase the advantage they have over countries that do not have access to these platforms that struggle to democratise information, I hope that in a few years the countries of Latin America can apply these solutions and thus take advantage of the opportunities that come from having an educated society.
