That's very bad I think no one likes to lose money, a couple of days ago I tried to sell steemit using poloniex and my withdrawal was frozen for a couple of days so I decided not to use poloniex to sell steemit, that's an excellent advice "research before sending coins" because it's possible to lose money by a simple mistake.
