Greetings dear members of this @ProjectHOPE platform, this time I am going to share with all readers a topic related to multiple intelligences and their influence on the social development of people.
INTRODUCTION
The psychologist and educator Howard Gardner, states that every human being has the ability to develop 8 multiple intelligences among which are (interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence), this time we will focus our attention on interpersonal intelligence, which according to the same Gardner is essential to exercise a full and happy life..
This intelligence as well as the others are of utmost importance for the personal growth of any person, but being able to develop the great variety of characteristics that social intelligence presents, will undoubtedly make things easier for you in your environment and will assure you success in the different areas of your life.
INTERPERSONAL INTELLIGENCE AND ITS PROFESSIONS
Interpersonal intelligence, also known as social intelligence, consists of developing skills and abilities to have an excellent relationship with the other people around us, as well as the ability of certain individuals to understand and be able to communicate effectively with others. This type of people are characterized by employing two basic attitudes such as empathy and the ability to perfectly manage social relationships.

In this sense, the simple fact of being able to understand and comprehend other individuals is something extraordinary, since as human beings we present diverse states of mind, mood, motivation and abilities. A person who manages to implement interpersonal intelligence in his social life develops different roles in his life and is a perfect group leader. He is also qualified to perform activities such as diplomats, politicians, salesmen, teachers, lawyers, religious leaders, psychologists, traders, speakers and many others.

CHARACTERISTICS OF INTERPERSONAL INTELLIGENCE
It is important to emphasize that interpersonal intelligence facilitates work or academic success to people, they are also extremely responsible and meticulous with the activities they perform, they offer their services to others, it is easy for them to maintain a conversation or establish bonds of friendship with subjects of different ages than their own, they are empathetic and have a good sense of humor, they love cooperative work, they are intuitive and bring very good ideas in the projects they develop, they have the ability to see political or social problems from different perspectives and respect the opinions of others, they adapt easily to the environment that is presented to them, these and many more are the characteristics of an individual with developed social intelligence.

TIPS FOR FOSTERING INTERPERSONAL INTELLIGENCE
If you feel that you do not present some of the above mentioned qualities we can give you some tips to help you put them into practice or reinforce them, these are:
* Stand in front of the mirror and imagine how the people around you look at you and what they think about you, this will help you to better understand the perspectives of those around you about yourself.

* When conversing in a group, provide them with information on an interesting topic, be gentle and friendly, this will help you break the ice in tense moments.
* Do not be shy and ask about any doubts you may have about a specific situation, it is better to be clear than to make a mistake due to lack of knowledge.
* Be careful with the gestures you express, sometimes you can say something with words and deny it with your own gestures, this would cause insecurity in your actions..

FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
In this sense we can conclude the directly proportional relationship that exists in having interpersonal intelligence in your life and how you perform in your work and the different goals you can achieve in it, because if you do not present some of the characteristics described above and you are engaged as a teacher you will have certain difficulties in the development of your work, but if you manage to be empathetic and put into practice the advice that I mention there your future can improve significantly, since the practice in an activity that makes you a good teacher in the end.
