What are five health tips you always remember, and follow regularly?
Being a health freak, I always try to follow basic health rules which prove really helpful to stay in shape. These are the best habits that everybody must follow in their life:
- Drinking lukewarm water on an empty stomach helps in cleansing your bowels. It flushes out all the toxins from the body. 
- The best way to keep yourself young is to exercise. Any kind of movement keeps you active and fit. 
- Just like our body, the mind too needs some training to sustain the tough punches of life. Meditation is a powerful tool. 
- Having a balanced diet doesn’t mean to starve yourself or following popular trends. You can lose those extra inches by eating everything in the right quantities. Portion size does matter. 
- Early to bed and early to rise.
