This is an easy explanation of the functionality of rebooting a PC.
Some time ago I read that it is good to restart computers when they get slow, because when they already have hours of use, some programs remain active and make them slow , I don't know if it is true. But when my PC gets slow, I reboot it and it has worked for me.
That's right, there are many programs running in the background, and on low-resource computers the performance drop is noticeable.
Whenever I face problem with my office laptop I connect with the it support team and many times they just ask me to restart the system which really turn out to be the solution. I am not much typical in in it but I know that restart is surely a solution for money problem and it's because the system gets a reset which fix the problem by itself.
Correct, the restart loads all the elements again, correcting possible failures presented at startup.
