You know what, i am lucky not to be alive at that time. Being in a recession can be hell but not having food due to a partial or complete draught after a world war is depressing.
Smiles... Definitely depressing and difficult situation and to worsen the situation there was no wide spread of technology or mobile devices to help people communicate and interact.
