Constructive criticism should always be welcome, even coming from other people. As for what you say about self-criticism, I feel that it is more than necessary to criticize ourselves, because that produces a permanent analysis of the good or bad things we do, and the best thing is that it gives us the possibility to improve our actions. But not everybody has that capacity, because to a great extent it is to accept that we are making a mistake in something. But I think it is something important.
