I'm fine with the fact that we should always think about how to add value to what we do, not just when we work for someone else, but in everything we do in our lives. I think we can always improve, in fact, it is necessary to do so.
And being aware of that, of what we are improving is crucial in our development.
The problem is that many business people haven't fully understood what value they're providing. Thus, improvement becomes a lot more difficult. Thanks for coming around.
