I did a diploma in teaching 4 years ago, and I had the opportunity to teach for 3 years. It is quite a complex task, reaching the students and being able to verify if they are really grasping the information, processing it, etc. It could be something objective, the detail is in making it all objective, in order to be able to quantify results.
