Hi friend, seems to be a good read.
When we exercise, the blood flows quickly, it is better oxygenated, and this oxygen is necessary for brain function, together with glucose.
Glucose is also released into the bloodstream when we exercise. And these two (oxygen and glucose) are the indispensable elements for the brain to function properly.
