Perfection does not exist and therefore cannot be expected, to do so is to miss opportunities or to devalue something that is in good condition. In the real estate business and in any other business, there is no such thing as a property that lacks nothing, there are always details that depending on the candidate to buy it will have to be changed. Whoever believes that perfection is good is wrong.
