Leadership is a God gifted trait, but a good leader is the one who manages his work, duties, and responsibilities, take the burden of any loss or defeat, leads from the front, doesn't accuse others of losses.
Hello friend, thank you for your good comment, very true a leader takes responsibility when things go wrong, but also shares the glory or credit when the group is successful.
