Hmmm... This actually made me remember one of Muhammed Ali's quote when he said that "he who wants to enjoy life should always engage in time management".

This is really very educative and I've really learnt a lot from your write up and I hope to make some adjustment in my personal lifestyle such as saying NO when necessary.
