Adopting renewable system for power generation and other domestic uses will actually be a great advantage to the US citizens and this will also reduce the spread of pollution and global warming. Even though 2035 really looks very far to me because some countries have already began utilizing renewable energy for their daily activities and energy use and I hope other African countries will also do the same as soon as possible.

Yes, in the past using renewable was depending a lot on your 3luck" meaning if you had hydro-power available.
Today we have solar and wind power that you can install almost anywhere.
