most people do not simply CARE about playing any role. They just want to do what they are required, get paid and work 40 hours a week

I've come to find out that most people don't want to think, and understand what role they're playing. I agree with what you mentioned - perhaps they really don't care. All they want is to get paid and that's it. Unfortunately, it's impossible to make it to the top and have such a mentality. Thanks for commenting :)
