Working from home the negative side
In the twenty first century we have alot of work that you can do at the comfort of your home and still earn cool cash even sometime more than the people that are traveling or going to office.
Infact with the invention of cryptocurrency, the ability to make money at home had increased drastically beyond what we might have imagine. Now majority of the people are going into cryptocurrency business and other form of online business that is fetching them alot of money daily. The internet has make this world a global village where you can attend conferences, training and make money at the comfort of your home.
There are many benefits of working from home and if I should continue to enumerate the advantages involved in working from home, I might need to write and write. So the aspect I will like to discuss today is the negative side of working from home.
The fact that there are many advantages mean that there are negative side of the coin.
What are the negative side?
Every organization and company has her own rules, ethics and codes of conduct, it become very difficult to hold on to this codes of conduct when the staff are working from home. Take note that human being find it difficult to conduct themselves when they are not been monitor.
Team work are further strengthen by a good relationship and good relationship can be easily achieve when the parties involved work together and see each other physically. Mind you it is possible to build team work when working from home but believe me, it will be more easier to build when seeing each other because you can easily resolve conflict, issues and sometimes easily motivate each other when we work together physically.
Passion and commitment is not easily instill when the employees are working from home. One of the major need of every business or organization is the atmosphere of passion and commitment among the staff and this atmosphere can be difficult to achieve when worker work from home.
In conclusion working from home is something that we cannot avoid completely, just imagine the era of covid19. There will always be situations that will warrant working from home and I can say that working from home on the part of the employees can be ok and convenient but at the same time has its own negative side which we most times ignored. But we need to look for way to improve on this negative side if you want our organization to move forward.

Everything that has advantage has disadvantage too. While working from home, you should prepare for distraction as you work from home. But for me, that is something I can deal with. You are right, building team work will be hard to form since they are not together.

Yes it is true that you can save money when working from home. Money such as transportation fee, this is one of the advantage.

You are right. I think most time also people tend to focus only on the positive side of working from home. Team work is fundamental in the company and that's will be very difficult to strengthen when working online or from home

While working at home, you can sit at work at any time you want and quit whenever you want. However, it may mean that you work at a desk all day, even at these intervals. Since you cannot control the time, you may have to work late hours.
