One of the things that destabilizes our emotions is the fact that we have to stress because we do not keep track of the schedule in which we must plan our activities. One way to control our emotions and that often goes unnoticed and is the fact that we do not sleep well, not sleeping well means that we can be irritable and become emotionally stabilized.
