Truth be told - I think that it has never changed. Correct me if Im wrong but wasn't it always like that?

I'm also not sure if I would agree that we shall "treat others equally". That sounds to me like communism :)
I rather believe in a principle that we treat people based on value they bring to workplace. Not because of their gender or race or age.

Right now we live in times where people of 'colour' are more than often enjoying privilages at their workplace. Also woman have it easier (especially in corporations) than man. Simply because of their gender (Human resources are pretty much always heavily on their side).

As a "white man" I got used to it already and I don't see a point of talking about equality. In current times minorities enjoy so many privillages in all developed countries and it will not change anytime soon.
