RE: Understanding Your Role In The Society
Hi @greatideas
Finally I've managed to find some time to catch up with Steemit and read up on previously bookmarked publications.
Great read. Upvoted already,
I've come to understand that most people end up performing poorly in their jobs or in what they do for a living - because they don't really understand what role they're playing.
I must admit, that you came to very interesting conclusions. One that I didn't really think about it. But yeah, what you wrote seem to be quite sensible and more often than not - we may not understand role we're playing (on top of that most people do not simply CARE about playing any role. They just want to do what they are required, get paid and work 40 hours a week).
However - as you pointed out - understanding " why their work is important to the society" may be a game changer. And being aware of ourselfs can only help.
Have a great sunday :)

I've come to find out that most people don't want to think, and understand what role they're playing. I agree with what you mentioned - perhaps they really don't care. All they want is to get paid and that's it. Unfortunately, it's impossible to make it to the top and have such a mentality. Thanks for commenting :)
Indeed @greatideas
It's not possible to make it to the top with such a mentality.
However, majority of people just want to earn to pay for their bills. They often hate their jobs, hardly ever doing anything they dreamed about. This is sad reality.
Hopefully you are making $$$ while doing something you enjoy :)
