One of those topics, which I enjoyed reading from the very start. It's difficult not to agree, that good communication is a necessary thing for most businesses and organizations.

I've learned a long time ago, that if I cannot establish good communication channel with person / business - then it's best to completely forget about it and move on with life. Knowing that otherwise I would end up being frustrated and feeling disappointed with lack of communication.

When referring to business, you have to learn how to communicate, when to communicate and the reason you are communicating.

You nailed it. It's good to be are of reasons and goals on why are we communicationg in the first place. And what message do we want to send.

small remark: you're using many pictures. to many in my opinion. reality is, that if there is one or two short sentences in between pictures - then noone (absolutely noone) will ever read those 2 short sentences. everyone will scroll through it. That's just my little opinion.
