Tips to be a successful entrepreneur
If you started your own business, remember:
- Count your money from day one. Start a business with a financial model and keep your payment calendar meticulous to avoid getting caught up in cash gaps.
- Plan even the smallest tasks, assign deadlines with a margin.
- Think over personnel policy, provide for the interchangeability of workers. Encourage the best. Constantly look for replacements for them - even the best workers.
- Don't drown in the RAM. Try to constantly delegate a little more of your tasks. But also, don't let the situation go.
- Follow customer reviews.
- Come up with KPIs for employees. If not in monetary terms, then at least for yourself and in your head - in order to understand who works and how.
- Follow the culture of the team. Don't let it slide into the herd of disgruntled boors.
- Be flexible, follow the market trends, be flexible.
- As you can be a teacher to your workers, teaching or showing them one or two things, you can also learn a lot from them directly or indirectly.
