Hello, I found your post by doing a search using the prepping tag. I'm new here and that seemed like the best way to get started.
I think you have some good points about sanitation, especially in places where the water table is shallow. That kind of sanitation will be important for the people in the area surrounding Houston in the next few weeks. I can just imagine what's in the flood water there.
