I'm excited to make this post because I may need this post in the Future. 😜 I observed many ladies who suffer the situation worse due to the lack of blood. Blood needed as much as water especially when women become pregnant. I was wondering to share some rich foods which are hell needed during pregnancy. Do you want to know what food you need to eat during your pregnancy? Here you go,

🍹 ORANGE JUICE 🍹

First food which you need the most is Orange Juice, you probably guess, squeezed juice from citrus fruit orange which is considered healthiest beverages ever. Orange juice enriches with Vitamin C and Potassium which is an excellent source of boosting immunity system and suitable for baby and mother's bones and teeth. The Vitamin C helps to make more blood in your body and keep you healthy all the day. The Potassium is essential for metabolism, muscle function, and overall health in a balanced form. Although, you can get Vitamin C from other foods as well such as citrus fruits, red peppers, broccoli, strawberries, and tomatoes. Now eat what you like in such foods.

🥑 AVOCADO 🥑

Avocado is enriched with oleic acid which is super beneficial for the central nervous system; it creates myeline (a protective coating around nerves). Pregnant women should eat at least 25-30% calories daily to maintain the fat. You can make the salad of avocado after peeling it out OR add into sandwiches. Eat the way which you like the most.

🥜 PEANUTS 🥜

Peanuts or all type of other nuts are considering as crunchy snacks which you can eat for getting instant energy when you feel down. Such nuts contain an excellent amount of protein, variety of vitamins, fiber, and minerals. You don't believe how much nuts are beneficial for your health. The ultra benefit of nuts is it helps to reduce the aids and premature labor of baby's nervous system. 🥔 SWEET POTATOES 🥔

It's another kind of potato which is super sweet in taste. Sweet potatoes are enriched with Vitamin B6, Nutritious fiber, Vitamin C, Potassium, Beta-carotene, Copper, and Iron. Beta-carotene converts to Vitamin A into your body which plays a vital role in the development of baby's bones, eyes, and skin. It is an excellent source of Iron that helps your body absorb iron more. You can eat it, the way you like, baked, fried, or mashed. Yummy!

Pumpkin is an excellent source of zinc which you need at least 7mg per day to maintain the brain health. Zinc helps to build the structure and activating the brain cells to work correctly so that receiving and processing information can be work good. Pumpkin seeds enriched zinc only when you eat unshelled. You can eat it by blending them or make it sauce.

Eggs

An egg is the all-time favorite food of everyone. You can eat it whatever the way you like, fried, boiled, hard-boiled, omelet, running yolk, and scrambled. It is the best source of iron, choline, and folate. It is the cheapest food ever to eat. It's not only affordable but relatively versatile and excellent source of protein. You might be unfamiliar with choline (it is contained in the yolk), it is best for fetal brain development. It helps to reduce the neural tube defects.
