PredictEV Testnet Now LIVE! Seeking Feedback + Mainnet Block Producers

The PredictEV team has been incredibly busy over the last few months - there's a lot to update you on! For those of you that haven’t heard about us before, please see our CEO's prior post here. Basically, you can think of PredictEV as a social network that is part Steem, part Sportsbook/Augur/Gnosis. You can view our whitepaper here.

Public Testnet = LIVE!

First, we're pleased to announce that our public testnet is LIVE! We're currently seeking sports fans and crypto enthusiasts to help us test the demo of our interface. You'll be among the first users of PredictEV and therefore some of the most influential in shaping its future. The more feedback you give us, the better we can help give you what you want!

Break it. Share it. Complain about it. Tell us what you love. Tell us what you hate. Tell us what you want us to build so that it becomes your new favorite sports toy. Please feel free to reach out to us with your feedback at [email protected].

We want to sweeten the pot though, so we’re rewarding our earliest testnet users in a few ways.

#1 (THE BIG WIN for EVERYBODY) VIP Priority for Mainnet Launch - When we launch the mainnet with the PEV token the PredictEV team will promote posts from the testnet's top power users so that they become PredictEV's first VIPs. This will elevate the posts on the PredictEV timeline, and you know what they say about virtual real estate: location, location, location. This elevated status should better position these VIPs as dominant sports prediction influencers on the network as PredictEV grows.

#2 A shirt (first 15 users to post 5 days in a row and report their success to [email protected]) - Swag on em. People will ask you what you're wearing. You'll tell them. They'll say "Hold up, you earn crypto just for predicting sports??" You'll nod and share your invite link, boosting your status on the PredictEV network. And in five years when PredictEV has taken over you'll wear your vintage PredictEV tee out to the sportsbar and soak up the admiration for being that OG wiseguy who knew a good thing when he saw it and was baller enough to make the leap.

The PredictEV team is also thrilled to announce that we were accepted into the Berkeley SkyDeck Accelerator’s Fall 2018 Cohort! We joined the SkyDeck community in June and have been receiving invaluable guidance from their team and expansive network since that time.
