Since then BTC went on downward move and continued till 5th Feb when it touched intraday low of appx 6000USD.
On 17th January -Buying advice was issued while market was going down
What to do when market is red all around: BUY
Now as market is doing sideways so it is important to do fundamental analysis to firmup the conviction. Analysis involves doing price modeling of BTC and ETH using Artificial Intelligence and standard technical indicators. The input data for the analysis is taken from Blockchain and etherscan.
Below is the chart of our analysis
Modeled Price for BTC (10337) is higher than Actual Price for BTC (9696)
-> BTC is now undervalued
-> Last Buy Signal came on 9th February.
Modeled Price for ETH(919) is higher than actual price for ETH (840)
-> ETH is Slightly undervalued
-> Last Buy Signal came on 9th February.
ETH and BTC both are undervalued and fresh buy signal for both came on 9th February after sever correction of apprx 60% from the latest high. And having seen the success of such buying signals for last one year - it could be right moment to take fresh LONG position in crypto assests.

How do you do price modeling using AI?

This is done using supervised two layer backpropagation neural network . The inputs are fundamental blockchain data and target output is close price of the asset. The network is trained for data since 2012 till today. And trained network then is used to do the prediction for each day.

wow that's pretty crazy, does the Ai make trades for you? or just give you info You need to make your own trades?
Since the trading signals are 2-3 times a year so no need for auto trading.
