Wild rocket - the best.
I just love rocket and especially wild rocket.
Years ago, I planted some wild rocket and have never had to plant it again as it self seeds every season.
This season it has sprung up every where - in the lawn, paving, garden beds and containers.
I have pulled up the small plants and given them away and still more appear.
The taste of wild rocket is to my mind, far more tasty than the rocket bought from a grocery store and I love it in salads, with pasta and in a cheese sandwich.
When the plants come into flower - lovely delicate yellow flowers, I have noticed that the bees really love them and will go to these flowers every time despite the fact that there are other flowers near by.
As a result of this, I let my wild rocket go to seed just so that I can watch the bees enjoying the flowers.
I also harvest the seeds to sprinkle on to salads as they are very tasty too.

So glad to hear that.
Lot's of people plant these near my garden and they grow all over as weeds here as well. I like watching the old ladies picking weeds. Some people think they are working for the town, but they are actually foraging.

My mum grows in a garden and let it bloom and produce seeds.. so next year it just pops all over the place on its won :D Sooo yumm!

Always interesting how a plant might not look like much. Then one day it flowers something beautiful. Around here I would mistake that for some kind of weed to be pulled!
