How To Keep Your Sweet Potato Harvest Fresh

I just wanted to share with you how we store our sweet potato harvest to keep them lasting all winter long and into spring! We still have some sweet potatoes coming into April with no mold, rot, or yuckies. They are only just now starting to sprout.
